From 14 – 17 May we had the incredible opportunity to participate in OTWorld 2024, the premier event for the Orthotics and Prosthetics (O&P) industry worldwide. From engaging discussions to groundbreaking innovations, the event was nothing short of inspirational. We're excited to share with you some of the highlights from our experience at OTWorld 2024.

The TASKA team were kept busy on our stand showcasing our products - in particular the TASKA CX™, the most advanced prosthetic hand on the market. Our newest TASKA Champion, Manuela, was present during the event, sharing her experience and showing other prosthetic device users how she uses her TASKA CX in her daily life.

We witnessed many special moments with patients trying out the TASKA Hand for the first time and loving it. Our distributors were proudly displaying our hands on their stands and actively chatting with many people about TASKA products’ features. It was a great opportunity for our team to engage with our partners and potential new customers, while exchanging knowledge with other exhibitors on the future of prosthetic devices. It was truly memorable.

We also hosted a workshop focused on the vital relationship between innovative design and positive outcomes for both prosthetists and patients. Led by our team of design engineers and industry specialists, the workshop provided attendees with valuable insights into the principles of effective prosthetic design, emphasising the importance of functionality, comfort, and customisation.

As OTWorld 2024 came to a close, we were happy to have demonstrated our values through collaboration and knowledge sharing. We are committed to not only advancing studies in upper limb prostheses and redefining prosthetics, but specially to transforming lives of those with upper limb difference across the world.
