Enhanced Pattern Recognition Setup
MyTASKA’s one-click Pattern Recognition Setup now supports well known industry systems, IBT Glide and Ottobock myosmart, adding to the existing support for COAPT. Clinicians can simply select the pattern recognition system they want to use, apply the recommended settings, and continue their session without manually adjusting multiple parameters. This update creates a more consistent and reliable setup experience and ensures MyTASKA keeps pace with leading pattern recognition systems commonly used across the industry.
Explore
The new Explore mode allows MyTASKA users to enter the app and interact with the interface and settings without needing a physical TASKA hand connected. This new feature gives clinicians full access to the app so they can refresh their understanding of the navigation and settings. It helps build confidence before meeting with a patient, especially if they have not fitted a hand recently. It is also valuable for interested TASKA hand users and family members who want to learn how the app works and become familiar with it before a TASKA hand trial. This update is designed to make the learning process more accessible and reduce the need for hardware during early stages of training.
Direct Access to TASKA Support
A new link in the main menu now directs users straight to the TASKA Support hub. From troubleshooting guides to video tutorials, support resources are easier to reach from within the app. This helps clinicians and users find information quickly, especially during fittings or training sessions.
Improved Clinician Registration
Clinicians can now confirm their access and approval to use the app more easily, with the ability to request access directly from their profile if needed. This reduces uncertainty during appointments and provides a direct line to TASKA support when required. The updated process increases visibility and helps make clinical interactions more seamless.
