TASKA Returns Policy

By purchasing TASKA products, you agree to the following return terms:

General Terms

a. For warranty specific product returns, refer to the TASKA Warranty.

b. All other returns require a Return Authorisation (RA) which can be obtained by reaching out to support@taskaprosthetics.com.

c. TASKA is not responsible for shipping and handling fees for non-warranty related returns.

Product Refunds

a. TASKA Prosthetics is not required to accept the return of product due to a change of mind, but we may in our absolute discretion accept returned product for a credit or refund (as determined by TASKA Prosthetics) if: i. The RA has been submitted within 30 days of the date of purchase, ii. The product has been returned in an unused and saleable condition

b. Notwithstanding the foregoing, TASKA Prosthetics may in our absolute discretion accept returned product for a credit or refund less a 20% restocking fee if: i. The RA has been submitted within 90 days of the date of purchase, ii. The product has been used.

c. All product must be in a saleable condition to be eligible for credit or refund and TASKA, or their local representative, may perform inspections to check the condition of the product before committing to such a return.
